This was a story about two men who challenged each other to a duel.
It was no ordinary duel…… no blood, guts or tears were ever shed, no skills needed to be acquired and no knowledge learnt.
Each mans destiny was decided solely on the outcome of the Manchester derby.
This duel was simply about the pleasure of witnessing your opponant shamed and humiliated.

The Rules.
- The “Shirt of Shame” will be decided by the final result of a Manchester derby in either a league or cup competition game.
- The winner shall be the supporter of either the winning team or the team that has gained a draw away from home.
- The winner can inscribe the “Shirt of Shame” with the date, score and a mocking comment!
- The loser was to visably wear the “Shirt of Shame” for a period of 24 hours following the full-time whistle.
- The loser consents to photographs of them and the “Shirt of Shame” to be published and distributed freely.
